READ MY LIPS: NO NEW TAX FORMS

Those expired tax deductions were restored AFTER all the 2006 Forms had been printed.
The IRS will not re-print the forms to let you know how to take those restored deductions.
There are 54 forms that will be affected.

Eventually IRS Publication 553. will let us know how we can deduct things like State and Local Sales tax if it exceeds our State Income tax (if any).
