Employer ID available online

The IRS now has an online application available which will speed up the process for obtaining an employer ID number which is required if you hire anyone to work for you in a sole proprietor. It is also required even if you have no employees and operate a partnership, corporation on LLC and is required for fiduciaries, estates and trusts.
